With more than 25 years of experience in private practice, Susan B. Shaw is a highly experienced litigator. Susan is recognized as a true “people person” and excellent supervisor with laudable client relations skills. Over the course of her career, Susan has gained significant experience and obtained successful results for both her business clients as well as individual clients in matters involving business law and litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, personal injury, and trust and probate litigation.
Susan received her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. She earned her B.S. in Economics from Santa Clara University and studied abroad at the John Felice Rome Center at Loyola University Chicago.
Susan is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Susan is also admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court in all three jurisdictions.
She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s General Trial and Litigation Section as well as the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association.
Kendall is an experienced paralegal. Driven by her incredible work ethic, she takes pride in providing the best customer service to her clients as possible. She has worked in the legal field for more than six years and has experience in real estate law, probate law, and litigation. She is a graduate of Georgia State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Communications. Kendall currently lives north of Atlanta with her husband, beautiful daughter, and two cats. When she isn’t keeping busy with work you can find her practicing yoga as a certified instructor.
